Phil has famously collaborated with some of the most prominent artists in the music business, including Paul McCartney, David Bowie, Frank Zappa, and many more. He is a sought after touring musician where he played guitar for the biggest and best bands of a generation, including Eric Clapton, Dire Straits, Tina Turner, The Who, and George Michael.

Palmer served as musical director of and performed with “The Strat Pack,” a collection of some of the best guitarists in the world for the 50th-anniversary celebration of the Fender Stratocaster guitar at a star-studded concert at Wembley Arena in London in 2004. In 2002, he performed at the infamous “Party at the Palace” as a member of the house band for the Queen’s 50th-anniversary rock concert held at Buckingham Palace,

He grew up in the shadows and influence of rock n’ roll pioneers with his famous uncles Ray and Dave Davies of The Kinks.

He is married to Italian singer and television personality Emanuela Palmer, more popularly known as Numa. Together they collaborate and are involved in several humanitarian projects, including UNICEF and others.
